There is a Phonosynthesis for each one of the Band's LP's. Here I only present the global phonosynthesis of all LP's together.

Members: From 1990, Kurt Cobain, Krist Novoselic and Dave Grohl. In 1994 Kurt Cobain dies and the band disintegrates.

Note: With this record, and particularly with the song Smells Like Teen Spirit, Nirvana creates a new sound in Rock.


Track 3.- Phonosynthesis In Utero. 1993. 12 songs. Shortest song: 1:35. Longest song: 4:51. Average song: 3:25. LP total time= 41:11 (2,471 s). Phonosynthesis duration: 4:51 (291 s). DRF = 8.49. Note: The similitude between the three LP's is notable. Almost the same song number and the same average songs duration in all records. Two of them have the same DRF density.

Track 4. - Phonosynthesis Nirvana 1988-1993. 35 songs = 2 hours with 6 minutes 46 seconds condensed in a track of 5 minutes with 22 seconds. DRF: 23.62.

Note: The most homogeneous group from the five chosen in terms of number of songs per year, song duration, etc. The band that lasted less time and composed less songs. The density of the Total Phonosynthesis is the lowest of all groups due to their short musical production.
